Bloom Healthcare is looking to add an Intake Coordinator to our team! This position will be responsible for handling new patients from the time of first contact until the first appointment with a provider.
We’re looking for passionate individuals committed to improving the lives of homebound seniors. The position will report to our Manager of Intake, and collaborates with our administrative team, providers, intake and our community care partners.

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls between $22-26 hourly. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location within the state.

Intake Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Building patient charts in the EMR
- Entering med lists
- Verifying insurance
- Mapping patient visits
- Scheduling new patient appointments
- Communicating with patients and those involved with the patients care about the practice
- Following up with referral source
- Tracking new patients and referrals
Intake Coordinator Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting
- Experience in healthcare preferred
