Position Overview 

We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of our proprietary healthcare application. This platform is the backbone of our care model, supporting clinical decision-making and operational efficiency. As Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, clinical operations, and business leadership, to deliver a user-centric application that meets the needs of our stakeholders. 

Responsibilities 

  • Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the healthcare application, aligning with organizational goals and market demands. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clinicians, engineers, and leadership to gather requirements, prioritize features, and translate business needs into technical deliverables. 
  • Agile Product Development: Manage the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature prioritization. 
  • User Experience: Advocate for intuitive, user-friendly design by collaborating with UX/UI designers and incorporating feedback from end users. 
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze user behavior, application performance, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. 
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure the product adheres to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and maintains high standards of data security and integrity. 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate communication between engineering, clinical, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the application post-launch, iterating on features and functionality based on user feedback and business needs. 

Qualifications 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, MPH) are a plus. 
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within healthcare or a regulated industry. Proven track record of managing full lifecycle product development. 
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with software development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence). Understanding of cloud-based platforms, APIs, and healthcare technology standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR). Experience using UI/UX design tools (e.g. Figma). Basic technical knowledge to communicate effectively with engineering teams. 
  • Other Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A passion for improving healthcare outcomes through technology. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with home-based care or hospice care models. 
  • Familiarity with healthcare analytics and clinical workflows. 
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls between $120,000 and $180,000 annually with the potential for performance-based bonuses and other benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location within the state.
