Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our proprietary healthcare application. This system underpins our innovative care model, enabling seamless scheduling and communication, robust data analytics, and superior patient care. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, product managers, and data analysts, to ensure our technology meets the needs of patients and providers alike.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in C#, .NET Core Framework, and Angular.js. Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL Server). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
Other Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Familiarity with healthcare standards like HL7, FHIR, and data security practices is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with microservices architecture.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like (e.g. GitLab, GitHub, and Azure).
Knowledge of machine learning or analytics in healthcare.

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls between $120,000 and $200,000 annually with the potential for performance-based bonuses and other benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location within the state.
